In the online class, instructors need to involve students in a range of activities that support and encourage learning and engagement. The discussion board, critical thinking assignments, and other activities provide relevance and meaning around the course content. In this course, we will review methods for faculty to use these activities as teaching tools. We will also explore strategies to build student engagement. This course is part of the online teaching for adult learners.
