We look at various aspects of communication in the online course environment and encourage you to think about your own strengths and weaknesses as an instructor in these areas. You will consider different strategies that you could use to consistently provide substantive and actionable feedback to students and review appropriate ways to engage with students using email. This course is part of the online teaching for adult learners.
